A Note to Our Guests
The situation across the wider Gulf region has changed significantly since late February. Here's what it means for our operations, our guests, and the standard of care we hold ourselves to.

The situation across the wider Gulf region has changed significantly since late February. We won't attempt to summarise what's unfolding — there are better sources for that, and the picture shifts daily. What we can speak to directly is what it means for our operations, our guests, and the standard of care we hold ourselves to.
Daniels Holiday Homes remains fully operational. Our properties across Dubai are staffed, maintained, and managed to the same standard as any other period. Our local team is on the ground, reachable, and responsive. That hasn't changed, and it won't.
We recognise that many of our guests — whether currently staying with us or holding future reservations — are navigating uncertainty that has nothing to do with the quality of their accommodation and everything to do with the broader environment. We take that seriously.
For guests currently in Dubai, we are extending stays at existing rates where flight disruptions have affected departure plans. No guest will be asked to leave a Daniels property because of circumstances outside their control. Our team is available to assist with rebooking, logistics, and local guidance for the duration of your stay.
For guests with upcoming reservations, we have introduced full flexibility on all bookings through the end of May 2026. If you need to postpone, we will move your dates with no penalty. If you need to cancel, we will process that without friction. We would rather have your trust over the long term than hold a booking that no longer makes sense for your plans.
We are not in the business of telling anyone whether or when to travel. That decision belongs to you, informed by the official guidance of your home country. What we can tell you is that when you're ready, your reservation — or a new one — will be handled with the same care and attention it always has been.
Dubai has navigated disruption before. The infrastructure of this city, and the operational discipline of the people who run it, are not qualities that appear only in good conditions. They are most visible in difficult ones. We've seen that firsthand over the past several weeks, and it's reinforced our confidence in the market we've chosen to build in.
We'll continue to operate with transparency and without speculation. If material changes affect our properties or our ability to serve guests, we will communicate that directly — not through marketing language, but through honest updates like this one.
Thank you for your continued trust.
